WELCOME TO STELLAHEART FOUNDATION
Driving inclusive change through programs that empower women and girls with disabilities.
Stellaheart of Passion Foundation participated in the Do Take Action Conference in Port Harcourt, where we presented our research on โWomen in the Shadow: Integrating Artificial Intelligence into Gender-Responsive Procurement Reforms in Nigeriaโ a paper that explores the lived realities, systemic barriers, and intersectional challenges faced by women and girls with disabilities. The conference brought together changemakers, professionals, and emerging leaders committed to driving social impact and inclusive development. As part of the event, our presentation contributed to critical conversations on equity, representation, and the need for intentional inclusion in policy, programming, and community engagement. Through โWomen in the Shadow,โ we highlighted the urgent need to address gaps in economic participation, access to services, and visibility of women with disabilities, while advocating for more inclusive and responsive systems that support their full participation in society. Our participation in the conference reflects Stellaheartโs continued commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices, contributing to knowledge development, and influencing conversations that shape inclusive policies and practices.
