FUTURE SCHOLAR INITITAIVE

SEEN, HEARD, SUPPORTED (2026)

At the heart of Port Harcourt, something meaningful unfolded. Through the Seen. Heard. Supported Initiative, Stellaheart of Passion Foundation engaged students with disabilities on a critical, yet often overlooked transition - the journey from secondary school to tertiary education. Because inclusion does not end in the classroom. It must extend into opportunity, access, and the future. For many of these students, this transition is shaped by significant challenges, including limited guidance on higher education pathways, barriers to digital access, and persistent social and structural exclusion. Yet, despite these barriers, their potential remains boundless. This outreach was more than a visit - it was a deliberate step toward bridging gaps, providing direction, and reaffirming possibility.
