At the heart of Port Harcourt, something meaningful unfolded. Inclusion does not end in the classroom—it must extend into opportunity, access, and the future.
Through the Seen, Heard, Supported Initiative, Stellaheart of Passion Foundation engaged students with disabilities on a critical, yet often overlooked transition: the journey from secondary school to tertiary education.
This outreach was more than a visit—it was a deliberate step toward bridging gaps, providing direction, and reaffirming possibility for those whose potential remains boundless despite persistent barriers.
For many students with disabilities, the transition to higher education is shaped by significant challenges, including limited guidance on pathways and persistent social exclusion.
We provide direct engagement, digital access support, and structural advocacy to ensure that every student has a clear roadmap to their academic and professional goals.
At Stellaheart of Passion Foundation, we are committed to building pathways where education meets inclusion, and inclusion leads to opportunity. This is only the beginning.
