Women and girls with disabilities often face significant barriers to economic participation, including limited access to training opportunities, workplace discrimination, inaccessible environments, and financial exclusion. These barriers contribute to higher levels of poverty and dependency.

Our economic empowerment programs aim to address these challenges by creating inclusive pathways to sustainable livelihoods. Through targeted skills acquisition programs, entrepreneurship training, and mentorship initiatives, we support women with disabilities to develop practical competencies that enable them to generate income and build financial independence.
