Adaeze is a physiotherapist, researcher, disability inclusion advocate, and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in pediatrics, women’s health rehabilitation, and neuro-musculoskeletal care. Her work spans clinical practice, public health, community development, and disability advocacy, with a strong focus on improving the quality of life of underserved populations. As the Founder of Stellaheart of Passion Foundation and CEO of Stellaheart of Passion Co. Ltd, she leads the organization's strategic direction, program development, partnerships, and impact initiatives. She has actively contributed to research, health education, advocacy campaigns, media engagements, and community-based interventions addressing disability inclusion, maternal and child health, rehabilitation, and equitable access to opportunities. Dr. Adaeze has represented her work at national and international platforms and has received recognition through competitive scholarships, leadership opportunities, and conference engagements.
